Activities
Legal Psilocybin Session: Journey days take place in the warm and supportive environment of Drop Thesis, a nearby licensed service center. Oregon requires that psilocybin sessions occur within a licensed service center, and we provide transportation with the support of your facilitators for this part of your
experience.
Sound Healing: Uses sound and vibration to promote relaxation and healing. Participants lay comfortably, while a practitioner creates an immersive soundscape using a variety of instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. As the sound waves wash over the body, the mind is lulled into a state of relaxation, allowing for deep physical and mental restoration.
Cacao Ceremony: This intimate ceremony involves drinking a rich warm cacao and promotes interconnectedness, improved emotional release, a deeper self-awareness, and a heightened sense of consciousness with the goal of enhancing the psilocybin session the following day.
Sage Bundling and Labyrinth Walks:
The intention is to connect with nature and enhance the integration of the psilocybin session by promoting relaxation during integration through enhancing connection with the group and self.
Guided Meditations:
An instructor leads participants through a focused mindscape for a somatic grounding experience.

Meet Your Facilitators
Lindsey Reinhart MHS, PA-C
Lindsey brings extensive experience in clinical medicine and mental health to her work as a licensed psilocybin facilitator. As a Physician Assistant with a Master of Health Science and a background in psychology, she offers clients a steady, informed foundation as they explore healing through non-ordinary states.
In addition to being among Oregon’s first licensed facilitators, Lindsey is trained in Reiki Level III and Advanced Pranic Healing. Her approach integrates plant medicine with supportive modalities such as energy work, sound, and creative practices — always guided by what best supports each individual.
She has worked closely with entrepreneurs, professionals, couples, neurodivergent clients, and those navigating trauma-related challenges. Lindsey believes the power of this work lies in the clarity and inner knowing that can emerge through direct experience, allowing clients to better understand long-held patterns and relate to themselves with greater awareness.
JP’s interest in psychedelics began during the early resurgence of modern research in 2010. What started as intellectual curiosity evolved into a sustained exploration of the intersection between neuroscience, psychology, and contemplative practice.
With a background in Philosophy and Environmental Science, JP brings both analytical depth and grounded presence to his work. His long-term meditation practice informs his facilitation style, emphasizing direct experience, thoughtful preparation, and meaningful integration.
He also brings fifteen years of experience as a Sustainability Consultant, where he has supported organizations in navigating systems-level change — a perspective that complements his work in personal transformation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is dosage determined?
We typically use a dose between 20–35 mg of psilocybin. This range is based on clinical research studies and is adjusted according to individual factors such as your previous experience with psilocybin, current medications, and personal intentions. Dosage is always discussed with your facilitator during your private preparation session to ensure safety and alignment with your goals.
⸻
Where do the mushrooms come from?
All psilocybin used in our retreats is cultivated by state-licensed manufacturers and tested by a state-licensed laboratory for purity and potency. This means we know exactly how much active ingredient is in your dose, providing both safety and consistency for your experience.
⸻
How will I consume psilocybin?
Your facilitator will discuss these options with you during your preparation session.
⸻
What does a psilocybin journey look like?
Each participant has a comfortable place to rest on and is offered an eye mask to encourage inward focus. We recommend dressing in layers (front-zip sweaters are easier than pullovers), bringing a water bottle, and a meaningful photo or small object for our shared sacred space. Facilitators remain present with you throughout the entire experience, offering support as needed while honoring a non-directive approach. Music is carefully curated to enhance the journey.
⸻
What are the potential benefits of a psilocybin experience?
Research and personal accounts suggest psilocybin may support:
• Reduction of anxiety, depression, and addiction symptoms
• Increased creativity, openness, and compassion
• Emotional healing and trauma release
• New perspectives during life transitions
• A deepened sense of spiritual connection and meaning
⸻
How long does a psilocybin journey last?
The effects typically last 4-7 hours, with the peak of the experience in the first half of that time. Integration and reflection follow the active portion of the session.
⸻
Is this legal?
Yes. This retreat is conducted in full compliance with Oregon’s Measure 109, which established a legal, regulated psilocybin services program. All facilitators are state-licensed, and all sessions take place in licensed service centers.
⸻
Is psilocybin safe?
In a carefully guided and legal setting such as this retreat, psilocybin has a strong safety profile. Each participant is screened for medical and psychological contraindications to ensure safety. Facilitators are present throughout the experience to provide grounding support.
Psilocybin is not recommended for individuals with certain medical or psychiatric conditions (such as a personal or family history of psychosis), or for those taking specific medications that may interact. All participants are thoroughly screened in advance to ensure safety
