Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and we aim to balance flexibility with the time and effort that goes into preparing for your journey. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:

Preparation Session Cancellations

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled preparation session, you will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the preparation session are non-refundable.

Administration Session Cancellations

• If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled administration session, you will be fully refunded for the administration and integration sessions. However, the full preparation session fee ($300) remains non-refundable.

• If you cancel between 7 and 3 days before your scheduled administration session, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of services.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled administration session are non-refundable.
